“ Great place. You order at the counter and then they bring out your food. Large menu with lots of options. We tried the pigs in a blanket, flatbread, chicken pasta, and the traditional pastie. All very good, and we left with tons of leftovers. ”
“ ALWAYS high quality meals. Fast and friendly service. Easy pick up parking out front. Great British pub vibes. Flatbread is outstanding. ”
“ Every single plate that came out of the kitchen looked out of this world. I wanted to order the entire menu. We enjoyed the Washington Apple Salad, Potato Leek Soup, Tofu Gyros, and the Eggplant Lentil Lasagna. All dishes are unique, fun, and oober flavorful. The beers on tap are local and delicious. We enjoyed the Pilsner and Munk IPA (one of my favorite IPAs I’ve ever tasted) by Port Townsend Brewing. The entire staff is warm, inviting, and answered all our curiosities. If I lived here, I’d come back every Wednesday to try the Vegan Dish of the week. The interior is comfortable for any weather and every season. Highly recommend!! ”
“ Great eatery really enjoyed the pub style food and atmosphere. The bratwurst was surprisingly flavorful well seasoned and fresh herbs made a big difference. I’ve never really had UK style food before so this was a great introduction. The staff was friendly and style of the eatery was cool I liked its chill hangout, eat and drink coziness. ”
“ Everything we had was very yummy! I’m vegetarian and gluten free, so it was awesome that they had both options readily available. The farmers soup was tomato bisque and it had great flavors! My boyfriend had the Mac and cheese and he said it was better than Beecher’s Mac and cheese, so you know it’s pretty good! We also enjoyed the potato wedges. We’ll be back! ”
“ Fantastic food! Great wait staff, friendly and helpful. The interior is neat and tidy, if not a bit cramped. The seating is adequate but got uncomfortable by the end of our meal. It's small enough they likely don't want you to linger too long anyway. We're here for the week and will likely come back. ”
“ Wow. I think this is my favorite restaurant in Port Townsend. The smoked salmon chowder alone is worth the trip over. The menu is really unique and has a ton of different options, from classic pub food, to Indian flavors, Mediterranean inspired dishes, to classic Pacific Northwest seafood. Apparently the chef has traveled the world and trained in some great restaurants - which explains the menu and the incredible food. I want to come back and try everything on the menu now. The service was really friendly here too, and the ambiance is cozy and casual. ”
“ Night deux! We are visiting Port Townsend for birthday celebrations. We decided to eat at @tommyknockerscornishpasty - mostly because as a vegan and the birthday person I wanted tasty food that fits my dietary constraints. We found this place by accident through a @googlesearch. What a grand find! It’s on the north end of mainstreet near a gelato shop that also has vegan options! Double the fun was had by all. The no -vegan part of our party found a number of dishes that looked at smelled delicious. They also have a good selection on refreshment on tap. The vegan options for night 1 included the mushroom stroganoff and vindeloo pasty. The cream sauce was more than compatible to a non-vegan dish. The portioned so big my husband had to help me finish it. Albeit the sauce - that was MINE! His pasty was a flaky crust stuffed full of root veggies and came with a mango salsa that was rosy and flavorful. The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions. There was o problem with seating - they have inside and outside options. Parking is the only bugaboo and that want too bad on either day. Day 1 we parked far enough away to get a nice stroll there and back. Day 2 we got parking within two blocks and didn’t get the chance to burn off those scrumptious calories from the vegan flatbread pizza and vindaloo again. Worth the time to stop as they have options for everyone and take care for individual preparation and delivery! ”
